I got following reply from museum:
Dr. Fred Hocker has informed me that Vasa II is currently with the publisher, but due to complications arising from Covid-19 and world shortage of printing paper, the book is held up. We hope that it can be printed at the beginning of the summer and released in the autumn.

I did not start a build log of my cross section. I just made the frames and started with planking of the inner hull

I keep following this topic. There are almost no cross sections build from Dutch based 17 century vessels. there are many cross sections build from scratch or kits from English vessels, see the forum of Model Ship World modelshipworld.com/forum/59-group-projects-on-model-ship-world/ (you might need to register before you can see details) this will certainly help in making your further design I am working myself on a cross section of the Dutch 2 deck model, but due to private issues on hold.

Hi Fred
Sad to see that there is still no schedule when the book will be available. are they now looking for part 2 split up in A and B or will it be a complete set any idea if there will be a digital version in CD rom or equal.
I am one of the "lucky" Vasa builders who has a long stop on the build, but I hope to restart within a few months again.

Looking forward to Vasa II Due to moving to an new house my build is on stop for over 2 years now. I am at the stage of the rigging so hopefully much useful information and motivation to restart my Vasa (Corel) and finish this in 2019.
