Since I am building my model with topgallant masts in place would the topgallant shrouds have ratlines? Most models of ships of this era do not seem to have them.

No way to know, since the topgallant shrouds were not found. Iconographic evidence is probably the best guide here. There would not be much need for ratlines in any case, since all of the topgallant gear can be handled from the top.

One more question - would the main topgallant stay terminate at the deck or the fore lower top?
