Does anyone have a set of Vasa rigging diameters they could post? I'm about to start rigging my Billings Vasa model and I need to get the correct scale rope for the various elements.
many thanks, mark

Just see your message Mark, I am also interested as I am planning to start with my Corel version shortly with the rigging. I have some base figures based on Dutch standards (on which the Vasa has been build) but I would like to verify these.

Hello all!
I think this subject will be detailed pretty well in Vasa II.
When I was rigging my model though, Fred gave me diameters of some known lines. When I compared what he gave me to the old Vasa museum plans they matched pretty well.
I was thinking that when I started my model I would wait until Vasa II came out or until Fred could get me diameters on most or all of the lines. I found that since the plans were close enough, I might as well just go for finishing my model.
Hope this helps! Clayton

Thanks Clayton,
I will then use the information from Corel and verify this with Dutch standards based on Van IJK and Witsen

Where does one find the Vasa museum plans? The Vasamuseet doesn't seem to have an online store.
