Hej Fred and Matti, I too would like to get a copy, unpainted, at a 'reasonable cost. Since I am already a Wasaphile, I might not be a good source to answer your marketing question. You might consider talking to a few hobby stores in Stockholm. When I and Ron were there this year, we found a 'standard' or traditional store plus one that speicalizes in fantacy figures and gaming.
Members on this site and on Model Ship World are a prime customer base, and there may be others, too, like Ships in Scale, and the Nautical Research Guild. Perhaps if you, Fred, posted your question on MSW, you might get some more focused feedback. It is too difficult to estimate the potential without more input.

Hi Ulisis and Clayton, for my Soliel Royal build, I made the mouses with two part epoxy putty, I think I used Milliput. After you mix the putty with your fingers, apply it to the stay and shape it into a mouse. The major challenge I had is to apply the right amount BEFORE it sets because I discovered that you cannot grind it later (you will cut or damage the stay). You can paint it.
