it's great that you continue to answer questions of modelers.
I would be interested to see if any color residues were found on the ladders, which lead to the sterncastledecks. These ladders are shown on the 1:10 model, and also in Landström's book without color.
As you've reported, it is believed that the guncarriages were painted black. That may also apply for the ladders and other fittings on the weatherdeck?
